Are you excited it’s the holidays? Are you filled with joy, excitement and anticipation?  If you are then fill your home with the scents that call to you and speak to your heart. If you like a foresty kind of atmosphere, use Pine, Spruce, Cedarwood, Juniper or Cypress, Essential Oils or a blend of some of the above in your diffuser.  If you prefer the simmering smells of Cinnamon, Orange and Ginger, use a blend of them and diffuse.

If you enjoy the smells of Santa Fe and the southwest, try Juniper, Palo Santo, Sandalwood and Frankincense with a dash of Black Pepper Essential Oil in a diffuser.

Maybe you prefer the mellow smells of the middle east. Combine Frankincense, Myrrh and Cypress Essential Oils in a diffuser.

If you  are not in sync with the holidays, feel lonely, depressed or despondent use Essential Oils to calm your feelings and bring you out of your sad mood.  Try a blend of Bergamot, generic cialis prices Benzoin, Chamomile and Lemon Essential Oils.

You might prefer a floral approach so you can use Ylang-Ylang with Pink Grapefruit and Neroli or Tangerine Essential Oil.

To determine the quantity of fragrance you want smell-test each Essential Oil before you use it. Start with 3 drops of the one you rate first choice. Add 1-2 drops of the one your rate 2nd choice and add 1 drop of your third choice pick. Diffuse tat blend.   If you want to make changes to the measurements do it with your second mixing.

If you have a large diffuser then double the recipe and see how you like it.  It may take a few attempts to find the perfect blend and match for your personality and emotions. Or, you may get really lucky and hit it on the first round.  Remember to enjoy the process and not rush the results.
